The Osteria n. 1 has born in 2001, when the owner, Monaldo, has taken on loan an old canteen and transformed it in the actual Fraschetta, the typical and traditional Roman Hills restaurant.

In 2009 the place has been rebuilt again with an architect’s help to make it even more welcoming then it was before, keeping the traditional environment of the “Fraschetta”.

Monaldo’s intent has always been offering only genuine products and to stupefy customer’s taste and present them an happy evening together with all the other clients.
