We have a big choice of typical local roman cooking style dishes, everything will be prepared with high quality products and with the concept of following the local traditions.

Our products come strictly from our region, from local farms, bakeries and so on.

  • Our menu is very rich:
    huge selection of different starters: typical Ariccia Porchetta, various cheeses, "salami" and others little local snacks.
  • Different choices of first dishes: typical Amatriciana and Carbonara, Fettuccine pasta with wild pig sauce, Cacio e Pepe and many more.
  • Wonderful meat cooked on the barbecue: sausages, T-bone steaks, pork steaks, Arrosticini and so on.
